A Camper (カンペール) non-sale novelty item. It's made of metal, with the logo engraved, and has a solid feel. I believe it's a keychain, but it's unused, so the feel of use is unknown. As shown in the second photo, the round part and the wire are screw-on, and it seems keys would be passed through here. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
