This is a classical metal mouthpiece for alto saxophone. I also purchased it on Mercari. I bought it out of curiosity, but I couldn't handle it as an amateur, and I've had fewer opportunities to play, so I'm letting it go. If you wish, I can also include a Selmer ligature for metal mouthpieces. I have included photos of the scratches in the second image. Please check them before purchasing.
