I've worn this about 20 times. I removed the pills with scissors, but there are still some small pills remaining. There is a faint stain on the back of the right sleeve. Other than that, I didn't see any noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to imperfections, as this is a personal inspection.
