This one is the more efficient 8sq (17mm wide). This earthing kit uses 8sq flat braided copper wire with tin plating (17mm wide). (Reference) Use the 10mm hole for the bolts of the gasket on the muffler side, and the 8mm hole for the chassis side. Remove rust and paint. Ideal for muffler earthing, but also recommended for installation on the engine head and chassis ^^ Caution) Do not install it so that it hangs down from the muffler. Always check the installation points on your vehicle. If you cannot make it yourself, we can cut the parts in the kit to the length you specify and deliver them. Labor cost is 250 yen. Always use the appropriate crimping tool for crimping the terminals. Images 4-7 are examples. ※One Point for DIY Beginners※ It's quite difficult to insert the flat braided copper wire into the terminal hole. Even if you try to bundle it normally, it won't go in because it will fray (lol) It's easy if you have the right tool, but I'll teach you an easy way to do it without tools. Neatly arrange the end you want to insert and lightly fold it in half. Wrap a 5cm piece of cellophane tape around the end, tightening it as you go. Once rolled, insert it into the terminal hole while rotating it, and remove the excess tape. Then, shape it and crimp it vertically so that the split is on top. Repeat on the other side. After crimping one side, hold both sides and pull firmly to remove any kinks. This is important. After crimping both sides, pull firmly on both sides again.
