This is an iron tetsubo (kettle) for a nagahibachi (long brazier). The gotoku (trivet) and yukanki (sake warmer) are well-decorated, and the design is a cut above the usual pieces. There is some rust, but no noticeable cracks or chips. One kamagaeshi (lid support) is missing.
