Can also be used as a small bowl for desserts. After bisque firing, I applied Gosu (cobalt blue underglaze pigment) and glazed with a transparent glaze before the final firing. The color of the vessel is a soft off-white, unlike the hard white typical of porcelain. It features a stem like a wine glass. As it is handmade, not an industrial product, there may be variations in the thickness of the glaze, and slight distortions, but you will find a rustic and warm feeling in them. About crazing... After firing, cracks may appear on the surface of the vessel. (They may also appear after some time of use.) This is called crazing and is unique to ceramics. It is not a crack, so please use it without worry. This piece is unused, so we recommend soaking it in water overnight before using it for the first time. This will prevent the color of colored beverages from transferring to the crazing.
