Although it is new and unopened, there is a scratch on the outer bag caused by the corner of the base piercing it. While unopened, there appears to be a thread-like fiber on the face (I believe it can be easily removed if opened). I do not recommend this purchase for those who are concerned about minor imperfections, but I will sell it to those who understand.
