This is the Highphonic MC cartridge, the DL-103PRO. I sent an unused, normal DL-103 to Highphonic to have it upgraded to the PRO version. The box and instruction manual are still from DENON. I haven't measured the usage time precisely, but I estimate it to be around 10-15 hours total, at most. It has been used very little. It is fully functional.
