Available for immediate purchase TOKAI PAF Vintage Mk2-S These humbucker pickups, made by Tokai Gakki, are used in a wide range of models, including the Vintage series and shop order items from Kurosawa Gakki. This particular set was removed from a KLS180, a Kurosawa Gakki shop order model, and features a rare 4-conductor lead wire configuration to accommodate the KLS180's coil-split function. While the PAF Vintage Mk2 (without the "S") is a low-output, traditional PAF clone, the Mk2-S has increased output, resulting in a sound that is easier to distort and has a relatively modern impression. I prefer traditional PAF clones and didn't need coil-splitting or high output, so I removed these. However, due to their high output, they offer good volume balance even when coil-split or wired in parallel, making them versatile. As shown in the images, the DC resistance is approximately 9.3kΩ for the front pickup and approximately 14.5kΩ for the rear pickup. The lead lengths are approximately 28cm for the front and 21cm for the rear. Body only, no accessories included.
