I had it attached to a baby bed. It's an elephant, a bear, a bird, and a star. I've included photos, but there is a faint black stain in one area. I haven't used it outdoors. You might be able to attach it to a stroller. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections.
