You can easily punch holes in stiff fabrics like canvas and acrylic tape. It may not be suitable for thin fabrics. If you want to use it on thin materials, please use it with some ingenuity, such as placing cardboard underneath. Please use it with a hard material underneath, such as a hard rubber board or a cutting mat. In some cases, you may not be able to punch holes properly with a soft, thin rubber board. It is easier to punch holes if you have some kind of lower die attached, as this prevents the rubber board from bending. If the rubber board is soft or bends, you may not be able to punch holes properly. *This is only a sale of the punching dies (blades). The hand press, rubber board, leather, etc. shown in the photos are not included. It is compatible with general hand presses sold for leathercraft. It can be attached to Japanese-made hand presses that can use general leathercraft dies (such as rivets). The press machine has more than enough power, so you can punch holes with a light force, as if gently tapping the arm of the hand press. If you pierce through with strong force all at once, the hole will become larger. *Although the mounting screws do not fit perfectly, they will catch by about 1-2 threads when you screw them in, and you can fix them without any problems. *Screws that fit perfectly cost 10,000 to 20,000 yen per hole. This is not such an expensive item, so please understand that the screws may not fit perfectly. Due to mass production, please do not purchase if you are particular about screw dimensions. This may lead to trouble. The hole diameters are the nominal hole diameters of the manufacturer. The size of the holes made will vary due to various factors such as manufacturing errors, how the holes are punched, and the material. This is the same with commercially available punches.
