This is an item my father used many decades ago. - Color: Black - Material: Metal (18K gold nib) - Nib size: Fine, size 10 - Decoration: Gold ring - Condition: The gold ring on the cap's edge is damaged, and as shown in the fourth photo, "Graduation Commemoration" is engraved. When listing, I soaked and cleaned the neck section in water for several days, but it did not become completely clean.
