DVD is not included. There might be a line on the top of the box from when it was opened. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I haven't opened it to check because there's a possibility of creating a new line. The red vinyl record is also available. Please contact me if you wish to purchase both. If there are only "likes" and no sales, I will change the sales format or remove the listing.
