This is a conversion/branching connector harness that splits the wiring for a back camera from the vehicle side (Daihatsu genuine navigation upgrade pack, etc.) connector, which includes the back camera wiring in the steering remote control 20P connector, to the navigation side steering switch 20P and back camera 4P lines.
