It's 100% cotton and not fleece-lined; it's regular sweatshirt material. Measurements (approximate): width under the armpits 52cm, length 65cm. I haven't worn it much, and there are no noticeable scratches or stains. However, it's a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
