Everything in the image is included and unused. It comes with a belt for attaching to a school bag. The packaging has minor scratches and scuffs from storage. If it doesn't fit in a mailbox in this condition, it will be shipped without the clear plastic packaging. I haven't checked the operation because the clear tabs are still attached, but I can remove the tabs and test it if requested. I've set a shipping date with some leeway, but I'll ship it quickly if my work schedule allows. Please understand that this is a used item, as it has been handled by someone else.
