It's either deteriorated or originally black, but it has a navy-like color now. You could dye it again, or leave it as is. The diagonal apron-like piece attaches with Velcro. Waist (flat): 42cm Total length: 70cm The lack of belt loops is a drawback. Slight signs of wear, and a stain like adhesive from a previous owner's attempt to fix it.
