This is a paisley blouse with sleeves that are about three-quarter length. There's a string at the back of the neck (see photo 3). The sleeves are flared, and it's a very cute design (see photo 7). The waist has elastic, so it's nicely cinched. I'm decluttering, so I have many other items for sale.
