I'm not entirely sure, but this appears to be a replacement optical drive assembly (laser lens) for the PlayStation 3 (PS3). This is a replacement part to repair disc read errors in a PS3. It seems to be compatible with specific models such as KES-410A or KES-410ACA. It's new, but I'm not sure if it works, so please consider it only if you are satisfied with the photos.
