This is a set consisting of a blue strap shirt and a navy vest. You can wear each piece separately. I purchased this here and wore it a few times. I'm selling it because I no longer have the opportunity to wear it. The knit vest tempers the sweetness of the blouse, creating a smart yet cute look; it was a very lovely set. It was also good for covering my figure. The back collar of the knit vest may be slightly wrinkled. I don't think it will be noticeable when worn. The blouse appears to be in good condition.
