Although unused, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details. Although aftermarket, I think the texture is high quality. It fits the smart key with both-side power sliding doors, as shown on the right side of the first photo. Key shell only, the circuit board inside is not included. The physical key is blank, so those who need it will need to have it cut at a locksmith. (The 30 Alphard and Vellfire have a function to notify you of low battery, so it's generally not necessary.) I have attached felt inside the shell to add thickness and secure the circuit board. I have confirmed that it works properly after positioning it, and I am selling and shipping it.
