This is a distortion effect with fine-grained distortion. No box or adapter, only the main unit. I used this myself 10 years ago, so while the paint is prone to peeling, there are many signs of use such as paint peeling and scratches. The Velcro on the bottom has been removed, and the stickiness has been removed. There is no scratchy noise. The mid-cut function can also be used normally. However, this is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
