This is a Rose Bud all-in-one. In winter, it's cute with a turtleneck underneath, and in summer, with short sleeves or a tank top. The waist has elastic all the way around, creating a flattering waistline. I think you can wear it to formal occasions as well. The V-neck design makes it look sleek. I haven't worn it many times.
