I live in a traditional Japanese farmhouse in the countryside, and after starting to make swags, I was drawn to the idea of having eucalyptus in my life, so I planted some in a corner of my field. Then, in just about three years, it grew into a huge tree, easily 6-7 meters tall... I had read online that "mimosa, eucalyptus, and goldcrest will become a problem if you plant them," but I planted them all, and mimosa and eucalyptus have indeed become a problem. It's too big to use as material for swags, and I can't even reach the branches to cut them. So today, with a high-branch saw (not high-branch clippers, a real saw), I was out of breath, and I cut the branches down to half the height (about 3 meters)!
