INGNI Mermaid Skirt with Matching Belt ❤︎ This is a brown mermaid skirt with a matching fabric belt from INGNI. It has a side zipper and an elastic back waist. There is no lining, but I don't think the fabric is see-through. The thread on the hook of the zipper was frayed (see image 7).
