This is a porcelain sometsuke (blue and white) vase (tokkuri - sake bottle). Perhaps Ko-Imari ware. While the origin is unknown, I believe the brushwork and the scenery created by the ink stains are wonderful. Height: 23cm, Body Diameter: 16cm, Mouth Diameter: 3.8cm, Base Diameter: 10cm It seems suitable for displaying flowers or using as a sake vessel. When using it for sake, the interior needs to be cleaned.
