This is a suzuribako (writing box) in a lacquered box. The lacquered box shows no noticeable scratches or scuffs. The ink is unused. There are two brushes. The red one shows signs of use. The thin brush for applying dots is unused. It comes with a cute water dropper. It was found during the整理 (seiri - tidying up) of my family's warehouse. I believe it is an old item from the Showa era. It will be shipped in a Takkyubin Compact dedicated box.
