Enamel, black. These shoes feature a striking design with punching details and ribbon laces on the instep. I think they would suit Lolita fashion; they're cute. I couldn't read the brand. There are slight stains (discoloration) on the soles, but no discoloration on the heels or inside the shoes. These are my daughter's, and they're in relatively good condition. I will clean them with enamel cream before shipping. Thank you.
