Since I don't have a Game Boy, I haven't been able to confirm connectivity via cable or test printing. I bought this when it was released and used it a few times, but haven't used it since and it has been stored for many years. The box has some dents and scratches, so please check the images. The main unit itself is in pretty good condition, I think. This is a USED item, so please understand and purchase only if you are okay with that.
