I used to wear it with a turtleneck cut-and-sew underneath. The area below the V-neck looks like a hole, but it's part of the product's sewing from the time of purchase. It's not a hole. (Image 4) It's not noticeable. There is a tiny snag on the left front (Image 6). It's not noticeable and doesn't affect wear, but if you are concerned, please refrain from purchasing. I've worn it about 5 times. There is no size indicated, but it's about a size M. The sleeve length is three-quarter length.
