I purchased this item new and used it for six months. A warranty is also included. Purchased in July 2025. Used for six months. It's in beautiful condition and is a beautiful item. The color is pink. The nozzle has never been used. The functions work perfectly, and both hot and cold air come out. The dryer works without any problems, but there is one spot where the wire is exposed because it was bitten by an animal.
