The waist is wide, but not all of the wide waist has wide elastic. The product originally has about 3 cm wide elastic at the top of the wide waist. Please make sure you understand this. The material is stretch knit, and with many gathers, it's not just a simple straight long skirt, but has a gorgeous drape. The material is very comfortable, soft, and easy to move in, and I think it will match any top. I think it can be worn all season. It's a 2-way type, so you can wear it as a regular long skirt, or you can pull the waist up to your chest and wear it with a top inside, allowing you to wear it in two ways. New, unused item with tags. Although it is a new, unused item, there will inevitably be folding wrinkles due to long-term storage at home. The wrinkles will of course come out if you wash or iron it.
