This is a Heisei-era-style chiffon mini dress ☺︎ The deep, bluish green and polka dots are retro and cute. It has a deep V-neck, so you can layer it over a lace top in spring and summer, or over a long-sleeved turtleneck in fall and winter for a stylish look. Wearing pants underneath as a flared tunic will give it even more of a Heisei vibe♩ It doesn't appear to have any noticeable scratches or stains at first glance, but upon closer inspection, there are many small frays.
