New with tags, a TO BE CHIC lace blouse. The front is made of beautiful lace, but it's lined underneath so it's not see-through. The back is a cotton blend, so it absorbs sweat and feels good against the skin. It's a deep navy, almost black, and the sleeves are bell sleeves. They're frilly and cute. You can wear it to ceremonies if you pair it with white. It's new, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details. No returns or complaints accepted.
