This is a cover to protect against food spills when using a baby bouncer as a chair. I don't remember if it's completely waterproof, but it's stain-resistant and was very useful because it saved me from having to wash the original cushion-like cover. It also comes with shoulder strap and crotch covers. My children didn't like sitting in the baby bouncer, so I only used it about 5 times before putting it away. The stains are as shown in the third picture.
