The size is listed as M, but after trying it on, it was too big for me, who usually wears size M, so I think it's a size L. There are no major scratches or stains on the exterior. It is a used item, but I think it is in good condition with no damage. When I purchased it, there was some damage to the lining, so I repaired it with high-performance tape. It is fixed and there are no problems with wearing it. Since it's the lining, it's not visible on the surface at all. It uses a higher-performance material than regular GORE-TEX.
