This is a Nintendo DS game, Pokemon HeartGold, that includes a Smeargle for capturing Pokemon. By having a male Pokemon with the ability "Cute Charm" in the first slot of your party (even if fainted), you can encounter a shiny female Pokemon (with a 1:1 male to female ratio) at approximately a 21% chance.
