I received this item new, and I've used it for about a year. However, since I have three hair dryers, I haven't used this one every day, so I think it's in good condition. Only the Velcro strap on the band is damaged. Otherwise, it's in beautiful condition and works fine. Please check the photos. ^ ^ I will send the items in the photos without the original box. Since it's not new, please only purchase if you don't mind minor imperfections.
