This item was purchased by my grandmother in 1967 and has been displayed in the tokonoma (alcove) ever since. I polished the glass case, but there are still some dust particles that I couldn't remove. Also, due to aging, some of the tassels on the door have broken. The dolls inside are generally in good condition, but there are some stains on the white parts of their fingers. There are also stains on the wooden stand the dolls are placed on. There are stains on the shoji (paper sliding doors) and the paper on the floor of the glass case. If you are concerned about the floor, you might consider replacing it with beautiful washi paper. The lanterns have no stains. Also, my grandmother wrote the purchase date and price on the back of the glass case ^^; It seems she bought it for 10,000 yen in December 1967. The shoji on the back has a beautiful translucent pattern. The dolls also have long eyelashes and I think they have elegant features(^^) Size (approx.)
