I purchased this new and used it about 5 times. I bought it after it was recommended to me when I went to get a lash perm. The box is in poor condition, with scratches and dents. The contents are fine. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. Thank you. Thank you for looking.
