I've been using this for a year and a half. * There were no major malfunctions, but the wheel scrolling was sometimes unstable. (It works fine for normal use, but there were a few times when I felt a slight discomfort with very small movements.) * The sole on the bottom is starting to peel off (there was no snagging. I think it can be fixed by re-gluing it.) I will ship it in the original box, wrapped in cushioning material, and then placed in a paper bag. Please consider this a used item, not a new one.
