【Raku Kichizaemon Sanyu】 (1685-1739) One of the Senke Jisshoku (Ten Craftsmen of the Sen Family). He succeeded to the name of the sixth generation Kichizaemon in 1708. Sanyu was adopted as the son-in-law of the fifth generation Sōnyū. Sanyu incorporated the traditional Raku ware style and other ceramics into his own style, completing a versatile and unique style.
