All accessories are included. I transferred the milk to a bottle I already had and fed the baby, so I didn't use the original bottle or nipples. They have been sterilized and disinfected. I used them for exactly one month after purchase, and they are still in good condition. I understand you may be in a hurry, so I will ship them as soon as possible. :)
