This is an M&M's chocolate dispenser. It's a toy sold as M&M's character merchandise, officially called the "M&M's Fun Machine Dispenser" and similar names. Features: Design: You put M&M's chocolates in through the green lid on top, and when you turn the yellow handle, the chocolates come out into the blue tray at the bottom via an internal spiral path. Character: Inside, there's a red M&M's character figure on a seesaw-like mechanism, which may move in conjunction with the candy dispensing action. *Please note that this is a vintage item, so there are scratches and stains due to aging.
