The four main cuts from the previous model have been redesigned into 12-sided polygon cuts. By staggering the vertices of the polygons, the design allows for a smooth feel of the vertices when gripping. By shortening the rear side by 2 mm, the barrel is designed to give a greater sense of weight despite its lightness. The helical cut from the center to the front has been redesigned with deeper grooves, emphasizing its role as an auxiliary to the main cut while making an aggressive impression on the viewer. The steel model, released simultaneously, has the same specifications as the 2BA model except for the barrel weight, making it easy to use in both soft and steel tip locations.
