This is a cycle jersey from the recently popular brand Cutaway in the US. It's new and unused, size XS. The retail price is around 28,000 yen. I believe they use high-quality fabric, including the mesh fabric on the shoulders and the pads. I've used bibs from various brands like Rapha, Maap, and Assos, but I think this one is the best in terms of seams and performance.
