True bypass circuit adopted. The V846-HW is not a reproduction of the original V846. To meet the needs of modern guitarists, a true bypass circuit has been newly adopted. Vintage-spec inductors & pots evoke the legendary sound. For the inductor, which is the heart of the wah pedal, a specially voiced vintage-spec Halo-type inductor is used. The careful selection of magnetic materials and winding methods completely reproduces the V846 wah sound that the world desires. The pots use VOX original sealed pots with excellent durability and unique curve characteristics. Parts that unconsciously pursue the maximum potential of the wah pedal. Carbon composite resistors use those made by Kamaya Electric, a pure domestic manufacturer. The sound is very low noise and transparent. The foot switch uses high-quality Carling parts with excellent durability and feel. The jacks use Switchcraft jacks, which are reliable due to their solid construction, simple structure, and solid build.
