This is from this year's "Waku Waku Set." It's a rare overseas version. It has been opened once, but it's unused. You probably won't see this room set in Japan. The small items and miniature house are also cute. I will lightly fold the part indicated by the arrow in photo 8 and ship it via Yu-Packet Plus.
