The edges of the plates are decorated with gold plating. All 5 pieces have the same backstamp. There are no scratches on the backstamps. There are no cracks or chips, but the following points should be noted: - 2 cups are in generally good condition, but the gold trim on 3 cups appears faded and whitish. (See photo 18) - 1 saucer shows some discoloration and deterioration of the gold plating on the edge. (See photo 19) - All 5 saucers show some surface scratches and minor imperfections.
