I've worn it a few times a season, so I don't think there's much wear and tear. The condition is quite good. There are no particular stains or fabric tears from wearing it after purchase, but it is a USED item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are nervous or if you judge items by the same standards as buying new ones at a store.
